  1. Lol if it's the baby's time to come out he/she will. I've been to delivery room for a year. And I've seen all this shit mothers go through labor and delivery. We induce labor as per doctor's order. We also advice walking

  2. my midwife told me to take 2 tablespoons of castor oil i promise an 1 hour later i was in labor oh yea mix it with orange juice

  3. You could actually try taking walks to help induce labor. I've heard that spicy foods may help, though not sure how true that is and there's another activity in particular that may help. Same way you got pregnant lol

  4. Sex would only be advisable in your 1st trimester, which you are not now, lol, but anyways, walking does help. Also, my mom used to walk up and down the stairs. It makes your opening more flexible and the baby comes out more easily. But always have someone to assist you if you do the stairs thing because it is very risky of accident. :)

  5. None of them are true. There's nothing you can do to help start labor; its only coincidence if it does. You just have to wait it out. The baby comes when its ready. I wouldn't rush or worry. They won't let u go past 42 weeks anyway.

  6. Why adviseable in the first trimester only? You wouldn't want a baby born during the first three months of pregnancy. O_O

  7. Definitely walking walking walking! Even tho it hurts lol

  8. Walk lots of walking...I haven't released any offspring from my womb but my mother said she went walking for a while one day and plop...the next day I was born.

  9. this is gonna sound gross but sit on the toilet and push, do this several times, also walking, rocking, spicy food, sex, and theres a drink buy i cant remember it (taste likr crayons)

  10. How far are you?

  11. Go on a long walk or a very bumpy car ride. However, till baby is ready there isnt too much you can do. Some babies just get extremely comfy just to annoy mom (in my opinion).

I wish you an easy labor and beautiful healthy child.

  12. The baby will come when it's ready to come, don't force it unless there's some serious medical situation. Walking is great during pregnancy, stay hydrated and don't take any herbs or castor oil. Some of those "old wives remedies" can be harmful. If you're really desperate you can ask your obgyn /midwife to strip your membranes at 40 weeks, that will sometimes help. Just relax and enjoy the end of your pregnancy as much as possible.

  13. I've already been offered to have my membranes stripped today. But I'm not even dilated yet. I've had contractions here and there but they're irregular and so far apart.

  14. Housework did it for me for 1 of my kids. The others, walking a lot did it for them. Though I did have a stretch n sweep with them all so that would've started it.

  15. Bouncing on a yoga ba

  16. Sorry hit post too quick... Bouncing on a yoga ball for 2 hours straight worked for my first. Nothing worked for my second and I tried EVERYTHING. If the baby isn't ready they aren't going to come. Not sure where you live either, but I know in the US you can request a voluntary induction at 39 weeks if you're really impatient. Induction is horrible though, much more painful. Good luck and congratulations on the new baby!!!

  17. castor oil isn't harmful but you will **** on urself

  18. I personally don't recomend induction unless you are past your due date. I had it done with my first due to high blood pressure and it didn't go so well. Just stick with sensible advice you've been given and baby will.come in no time. Good luck to you and wishing you a healthy delivery! :)

  19. Castor oil can cause the baby to poop as well. It can be very, very, very harmful if she was to swallow it.
