Not jail time, it's a fine. But yes. I don't think the fine is extremely large either. I heard 200 dollars annually. Just rumors though. However I'm pretty sure they won't arrest you.

it's not entirely about paying for people that are lazy... u guys ever seen the movie Pursuit of Happyness? There are people out there that work their asses off, especially for their families, but get ripped off despite the efforts. My family is one of those. We are nearly being forced to get rid of our house. If that schlub Romney takes over he's just gonna make it easier on the big rich guys.. and sure, the lazy guys will get wut theyve worked for - nothing... but wut happens to the families such as mine?

People rip on Obama, but think about it... how many times has his ideas been vetoed? We voted for the man for president only for his ideas to get denied and then we blame him cuz his stuff isn't working... why isn't it working? cuz nothing will get passed.... I might as well be president if none of their ideas get passed, seriously

 

The only reason why none of his ideas were vetoed was cause the democrats had majorities in the house and senate so anything he wanted could have gone through

 

I agree that there are people who need it and aren't trying to rip the system. But there's a fine line between being helpful and being an enabler. Right now we are trying to make that line more distinguished.

 

Pros:

People who weren't able to get healthcare because of pre-existing conditions or couldn't afford it can get it.
Cons:

Increasing taxes to afford the $10 trillion cost of this bill
Making the gov healthcare mandatory and imposing a fine if you don't accept it
People who use drugs or other things get healthcare to help fix the bodies that they destroy

 

._. I think the lower class people should get obama care, if they're drug free, and the higher class can have their taxes raised to cover it.

Middle and high class can pay for their own health care, no obama care for them.
