Wasn't planned. Was scared but happy. Although yes I've been critical you're having the baby and it's important to realise yeah it will be tough to start with. Make sure you take up any help offered to look after baby and sleep when it does. That's the best advice EVER. Although family will tell you what you should and shouldn't do, times have changed since they had kids so listen to the experts. Eg at one time everyone laid babies on their sides to sleep, now they know it encourages the risk of cot death. Get some good magazines and books and read up as much as you can about the birth and baby care.

Also, never co-sleep with your baby! Ohhh sooo dangerous. A lot of people have done it, but it just takes that one time and there's no taking that mistake back.
