  10. What makes Ramen so good?? Surely it is just full of preservatives that could cause someone a large amount of damage, if they have too much if that thing. And just think of the amount of salt that is sure to be in it!!

  11. Dude, unless you are a vegetarian or a Fruitarian, all of your food has tons of salt.

    Don't over analyze food. LOL.

  15. Everything sounds delicious... But we are talking about college people here! We don't have money or the skills for great meals!

 I must say that I'm the king of cheap, delicious, healthy and quick college meals!
I'm gonna give you a few good recipes 

     CHICKEN LEGS 

Get a pan, put water on it and wait till it boils.
Clean the chicken legs, make sure they are not frozen anymore and put them inside once the water is boiling.
When you see the skin getting loose, it's done (about 20 minutes).
No need to add salt, olive or anything.

     SALAD 

Wash vegetables (I advice onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber), cut them small and put in a ball.
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a bit of salt, a little of oregon.
If you saved money this month, go nuts and ad a bit of good cheese!

     PASTA 

A pan with water. When boiling, add the past.
Wait about 20 minutes and it's done.
You may add a bit of salt if you want some extra taste.
Take the water out and out a bit of olive oil.

     RICE 

A bit of olive oil in the pan, a bit of onion cut very small and garlic. When "yellowish" add the rice, mix fast and add water that must be boiling.
Wait around 20 minutes, when you see the rice cooked.

     OMELET 

Basically like original poster said. Although I don't add milk when mixing the egg. Instead I add a bit of onion cut very small, sausage cut in small pieces or anything that I have.

     GRILLED MEAT 

I just add a bit of salt and grilled it. A few minutes each side.

     SOUP 

Water in a pan, potatoes it in small pieces, onions and carrots in small pieces and let it cook. Once cooked, bled everything. Add some vegetables like cabbage, onions, etc for 5-10 minutes more.

     FRENCH FRIES 

I don't eat fries... But like any fried stuff, just cut them with that curious shape, oil and let if fry.

     SANDWICHES 

Bread, add anything you like and eat!

     FRUIT SALAD 

Cut the fruit in small pieces, put them in a a bawl and add a bit of sugar.

    Hope I helped! 
