Had this for lunch/dinner today. Bribed one of the cooks at work to make it for me > And by "bribe" I meant I asked politely.
And by 20 minutes, I meant 25 hours! Today we will be making tuna salad! Whatchooneed: Tuna packet (I went with light chunks because too many chunks would be unnecessary), fancy fork, fancy pot, 2 fancy eggs (normal looking ones), mayonnaise, and of course a peace tea. Bowl not pictured. Place the eggs in a pot and fill the pot til the eggs are completely immersed in water. Then turn your stove on to a medium setting.... Then wait 20 minutes... :| While you're waiting, you can mix the tuna up. Put it in a bowl, and squirt mayonnaise all over that chunky tuna. Mix that bitch up with your fancy fork. When your eggs are done.... Pour out the water... And because I'm impatient as hell, just run it over cold water. Sometimes they break due to the hot/cold chemistry shit going on, so don't be alarmed, the baby chicks are fully dead by now. You peel them... Fuck perfectly peeled eggs. Then you add it to your light chunky mayonnaise tuna, and mash the fuck out of the eggs with your fancy fork. And viola! You have Tuna salad. And since Eli wanted me to make burgers, I made him a cracker tuna burger. :| ---------------------------------------------- Total cost: idk, I just raided my parents fridge/pantry. It's good living back here for the summer I think it's like 4-5 dollars for tuna, hopefully you have mayo already (if not, wtf is wrong with you?), and then crackers are fairly inexpensive.
Shan. You nüb. Try it with relish. In the end the recipe comes out as if you chopped up pickles. Just takes less time
