I think one of the points here was that if you have a tut that is clearly OP and they get hired ( free market yes I know) and you then hire back and maybe throw in a few hits because you're annoyed that someone hired a clearly OP tut that you've had for a long time and then you get farmed for the hits, isn't it a little hypocritical to farm/and or get others to farm over hits for hiring a clearly OP tut?
If I'm disliked for hiring a tutor you didn't keep well above a good value, then I honestly don't care. Tutors aren't property.
And to you people that say ask before bumping, I've tried that before being nice and asking if you have the status, come back to the tut and see you've bumped it without me, so don't complain when I bump your up tut
I agree with Tucker. Only time I ask is when I've hired one that I didn't ask about off the same person and I don't want to come off as if I'm searching through THEIR tutor list. Lol. Or when they're a friend because I rather like my friends.

@Raven, I'm on your side with tutors that are well OP. If they're obviously overpriced then I'd surely hit, and I'm a huge advocate for not hitting over tutors. That's just an asshole thing to do.

I would never hired off people in sfw or I'm any war. Respect is earn't , there isn't any in this game in my opinion.
