I want to be a Criminal Psychologist :3 But sadly, my school is flea small with a shit "Life-Planning" program. So, I know nothing about how to get into college and getting my life situated and stuffs... >:|
Ari, a lot of where I got today came from doing things on my own. You'll find out soon enough just how useless school advisors actually are (no offense to the GOOD advisors out there). You're still young, so I wouldn't worry about it right away. If you have any questions, I'd definitely love to help! Eeeeeethan. What kind? For what?
I agree with Jane. I want to become a vet, but like she said I wouldn't be able to put an animal to sleep . As for performing surgery on an animal, I would say I have no problem with that . If they need it then they're gonna get it . I'm not scared of blood so thats a bonus, and amputation helps the animals with their problems (even though some end up in a special animal wheel chair needed when the animals hind or front legs have to be removed due to injury.) But amputation Is only 1 of the many many surgeries that can be preformed on an animal . And for putting one to sleep ._.. I would feel horrible, but it's usually only happens when, A) the Animal is too aggressive to be adopted B) when the animal is on it's "Death Bed" C) when the animal is severely hurt. D) or when then animal is so badly damaged you can't do anything put to put him/her out of their misery :| So yeah. It would be hard but if I truly want to be a vet, I'm just gonna have to get over it . So what I plan on doing for now (since I'm way too young for collage ,) I'll be raising my grades a doing more research and reading on veterinary techniques. . And Jade, aTm is a pretty good veterinary collage to go to. It's just a suggesting that being put up there .
Thanks Maxie-dear That sounds awesome though! At least you know to research and stuff. And yeah, in all honesty, putting a dog down would only be in extreme conditions where the animal wouldn't have a chance at getting better. You could also get another nurse to do it
