According to what aang posted seems like people with 87 dorm rooms or more unlocked will not get a dorm ROOM refund. Just a dorm MATE refund. Could be less rooms unlocked than that don't get a refund as well, but I haven't gotten any other info.
Girl listen to yourself. THIS IS THE PRIME EXAMPLE WHY MOST OF US ARE COMPLAINING. You were 350 - brought down to 310 (your dormmates prolly got converted to t9 and below) and went back to 685 mcs with the 1.2Q refund. What you did was put in was all t9 and 3 starred them. Now I was 486 mcs went down to 407 mcs I got 581T refund guess why? Bcoz they converted my t14 to t10 (T10 are OVERPRICED and not worth) Now with rest all the money i had I put in all t9s and 3 starred them yet I didn't go beyond 595 mcs I even used 25T on hand. Do you see now why this update is messed up? You were 120 mcs less stats than me but gained 90 mcs over me. What was my mistake? Just that ATA handed down a bad hand to us all by giving us T10.
THEY LITERALLY ROBBED US OF OUR MONEY, STATS AND EVEN THE URGE TO PLAY AND SPEND HERE.. MIND IT IT'S NOT JUST A BUNCH OF US ARE FEELING THAT WAT.
Dorm rooms end up getting more expensive at room 83 and so everyone >= 83 didn't get a refund. This is also true for people with rooms 14-38.
I'll take a look at the stats for T10 next week as most complaints seem to be targetted at that one tier.
Anyways regarding the stat loss, I think generally no one would be happy with stat loss while >50% players doubled or tripled in stats. And it’s normal to be upset, we shouldn’t normalised getting stuff taken from us because people can. We spent time, money, blood and tears getting to where we are and having it stripped from us meanwhile people benefitted from it. How is that fair?
Finally some hope. Not stats the PRICE of T10 makes it unworthy. Like check my previous comment. Even after being 486 mcs i ended up at 595 mcs. (Lower refund because of the price of t10) While Miyuki who was 360 mcs didn't get T10 got q higher refund ended up going to 685 mcs. This is such a injustice. Ideal solution give us T9 max (so our refund increases at drop in stats is negligible) as replacement for T14 or Drop the price of T10 to the 3rd of what it cost now and give us a bigger refund.
you said once the update released that roommates will be exchanged to the closest in price $ so most of people planned as mentioned in this post. suddenly make it possible to get t11 exclusive only for those who has t14 lvl4. which is less than a hundred people in the whole game. dont just target peoples cash to make them spend more. if someone is 1bcs will drop to 780mcs. to reach 1bcs again the minimum cost is 6Q. its same as building new account lol. so you just need to just do something to calm ur players. i bet you will lose so many players if u didnt give players what can make them use their cash. not just help new players and drain old players and treat all their previous upgrade and spending as air. One option is you can give full refund and let them choose which roommates they wanna buy. dont force it. Second option is to replace some of t14 to t11 like for example 980mcs player should get 4Q cash back from his t14s. just divide this 4Q to 50 t11 roommates and the rest roommates t8 or t9 people dont wanna spend almost 100t just to buy t11 while new players exceeded their stat yet enjoy buying it for 69.3t. big players only mistake is spending so much to grow and upgrade isnt this ur approach by doing this and force people to spend more?
actually guys since ata mentioned that only t14 lvl4 r the only players who get to hsve their roommates swapped. i spent on ug and only few roommates left to get all maxed. as for alt i dont care. just got my main maxed so i will have the new tier 11 maxed once it is released and get around 7Q cashback. im just posting this for my tuts. for my alts its just few k dns to burn. i can afford. but most of people hard work will be wasted if ur roommates r replaced to t10.
If you’re not giving us t11 for our t14s (which is ridiculous btw, because you’ve effectively just released a whole new dorm tier without stating it. T11 IS THE NEW T15), then just give us T8s at this point. Regardless of what you give us, we’re better off replacing them with t11. And better for it to be a cheap t8, which saves us 5t per dormmate to replace compared to a t9.
