Yk y’all constantly say “we hear you!” And “we’re listening!” But honestly it doesn’t feel that way 95% of the time. Especially when we get responses as vague as this. And I don’t look for whatever y’all are gonna say by Friday to be anymore informative than what we have already been told. I’m just hoping we don’t have to sit through yet ANOTHER delay when the first one lasted I don’t even remember how long, bc I know once that happens we won’t get any response from y’all until you’re ready to roll another wave out. Y’all keep pushing this back and it’s absurd to have absolutely no way of combatting the imbalance this whole mess has caused. What are y’all gonna do to accommodate for everything we continue to miss out on? We’ve already missed out on one promo, I’m hoping this doesn’t run into another big event like Black Friday.
thank you for giving a quick update. Any update is better than silence. One of the main questions though that we still don’t know and I would think we would all like to know is what considers someone “early to mid” game players. Is it their stats? Is it their years played on the account? Is it how much dorms / dorm mates someone has? < answering that would make this a lot easier to plan for when someone would be getting the update and what they will do once the update gets to them. Right now it’s all just a guessing game and it definitely messes with gameplay experience.
not only messing with gameplay but messing with the heads of the players.Them giving vague answers just clearly tells you they are trying to cover their arse with half-arsed answers while taking their time to rectify the issues.They started something they have lost control of and the ones suffering are the players who spend years on this game.

Atp I'm only dragging myself through this game bcus of the battle pass if not I'd quit cause I'm absolutely demotivated by the lack of update. What does early to mid players even mean cause it's obvious it's not related to number of dorms unlocked nor is it years played.
Hello, To answer your question, we determine this by stats. The time a player has been playing has no bearing on this at all.
Why do higher stat players got it first than those of a lower stat. I have been seeing 70mcs (before the dorm upgrade) got the update and then smaller accs (400kcs -20 mcs) still doesnt have the upgrade? We’ve been told that it was given randomly but we would appreciated it when you gave us specific range of “early to mid” players. Does early to mid encompasses 700kcs to 80mcs or what sort?
Rather than blindly opening the app every update and excitedly look whether our account got the update. It would also help us know how we can navigate our expectations on when will be the upgrade will land on our account.
LITERALLY THIS. I've seen someone say it's based on mcs (if not the two things you already mentioned), but then saw person, who was +- 80mcs jump. And then few more. I'm happy for them but also it's demotivating to watch everyone grow while being stuck at 58 mcs. Also I am (was) a paying customer in three different ata games; pimd, sc and wa. And my "reward" from the company? Upgrade in the last wave. I know it's not that deep, but also .. feel kinda valueless, not gonna lie.
