Finally! Thank you for actually doing something and for communicating faster than once a week. I hope the efforts of open communication and quick remediation continues over the next week(s) and that we meet the roll out goal before Halloween. (Cause we certainly do not want this to happen again before another large event.)
Imagine we had to complain for having a double care pack when y should think about it in first place, cause it's like so obv we should have the same situation as the people who has the new dorm or you though we are stupid enough to not to think about plunder? This is like when u are in a toxic relationship, they try to gaslighting you and think u are stupid you can't understand things. And then they gift you something the next day for keeping u close and make even u feel sorry for doubting them. Ahhhhh, ATA, ATA, ATA.... It's so annoying u think you can play with us and that we had to thank you for the breadcrumbs.
To be that person, I hope our refund will be equally good as small people's because so far I find it very unfair that people jump from 40mcs to more than 5 times of their previous stats while we had to use many resources to get to the same place. If they get it handled on a silver plate while we'll barely get some, I hope there will be a riot and some fire, lol.
While I don’t really like how much uproar we had to cause to get here, at least yall are finally doing something about it. I wasn’t expecting any change at all and was just going to sit this promo out bc I saw no point in trying to play, so I MIGHT actually try now to some degree. I do hope that we see more of this update sometime within the next week or two though, bc while you addressed a large part of our concerns, I imagine the rest of us don’t want to be stuck sitting around waiting until the end of October for this update with no concrete answers on when to expect it.
The care pack is a very nice way to reward us, but it also forces us to spend money to take advantage of it. Some of us are actually looking forward to the update and since there’s been very few complaints about it, not sure why you don’t just roll it out already. And to continue to roll them out to players that’s already strong..

That's what Ata wrote in update. Sorry, but that's rubbish. Players who would get their upgrade at halloween would stop falling behind anymore from that moment on. But they would have suffered three months in which they not only earned less with every hit than comparable players with upgrade, but also had to use what little they earn to fight for max plunder instead of upgrading. Not to talk of being attacked by players normally wouldn't stand a chance of hitting them, even noob ones. The cash effects of all this will last even after rollout is finally ended. And some will find themselves outrunned by accounts should rightfully be way behind permanently.
Not to brag about update as I already got mine, but don't you guys think it's unfair to put 5x weekend promo with all new accounts massively upgrading to 150Mcs+ in 45 minutes of gameplay.. At least give update to OG's too so they benefit from weekend promo as well as everyone else do. That would be more fair than telling them they need to wait for update by Halloween. Make upgrading easy for players who didn't get update yet too instead of grabbing money from them just because we had spending blackout for a week. Don't punish pimd OG's by putting them on wait-list.. Just give them updates already 🌸 That would be fair play.
It should be the 3rd item in the section "Solo Bonus (One Time Use)" and looks like a regular care pack but with confetti and a bow.
I only have regular care pack and peace tags 😭 checked on my friends account too and they have the same issue
If you definitely don't have the new tower update and did basic troubleshooting such as reinstalling app, clearing cache, etc in addition to restarting app, I would send a help ticket and/or post in the bug reporting channel on the PIMD Discord to make the devs aware of the issue.
