UPDATE Chat Channel Updates

great upgrade
1- since now there are lots of channels it wud be practical to have the ability to organize the channels based on our liking
2- adding a short description / use of each channel on their header wud help players get used to them better
3- on iphone we were not able to see our remaining speaker tokens unless we hit the campus header but after these updates, it no longer works

So let get this right u want us to ign change. We try to talk to you in ticket and the bot just close the ticket how fun so I post it here u going to everyone free name change to be able to get ign so we don't get banned u ask me it seems dodgey that you take these changes but we all know that the avis are still going to be 18+ make make sense cos seems like u going to lost a lot of people

will we be able to reorganize those chats? I don't see how club chat being the first chat has anything to do with those changes. it's throwing off ppl with OCD and autism left and right.

Ngl, with so many channels opening, the number of speakers should increase. Having so many channels will made the mods have to pay the price, because let’s be honest, that’s who was on there.

Mods have consistently gotten backlash, how are dev’s gonna ensure their mods won’t be burnt out?
Prior to this change they only had two channels to watch out for, I think it’s going to spread them thin between this and everything else updating.

On a whole other note, since it’s technically 18+, why can’t we curse? That’s why so many work arounds exist. If we were allowed to curse and say what we needed to say, mods would have it easier and be able to determine who is trying to say what.

The current ticket system does NOT work. That has to be changed too. So many times I was silenced for things that ere misconstrued and by the time they answered my ticket, the silence was over or nearly over.

If we are going to also move the chats around in orders that my brain doesn't like + this was already a lot of change... Could I be in control of that chaos and sort it myself/a customization option for all perhaps! Please and thank you ❤️

 

I think half like campus then club chat and other half like club chat then chat. So being able to reorganize this . Would be great . I understand not being able to hidden campus or club chat but I think it should be enable to rearrange the order and unstarred / unsubscribed as some players say IF we complete the tutorial quests as it’s need to exchanges


Then each player will assume consequences/ or whatever happen if they don’t view the club chat information send by the club admins or update CA if they decided to unfollow/ unsubscribe/ unstarred it.
Then cannot blame club admins for not giving an heads up before being kick for not checking repetitive the information and club admin cannot blame others not wanted to have information about their club.

 

exactly, I have a ton of friends that have an issue with the order and we can't make it right for everyone so why not let us organize it? tbh the order change came out of nowhere AFTER the update was through and the chat was split so it kind of hit people like two trucks at once I guess. I personally don't see how the order change would have any valid reasoning and therefor that change is harder to accept and acclimate to. (just personal opinion, change is easier with reasoning behind it)

 

I understand you want make this app clean SFW encourage clean Rp but the thing is most of the people on PIMD mainly do E/DRP.

 

I was mildly inconvenienced by the multiple channels but then yall started moving them around too..🫩

On an another subject , It still won’t slow down the pace of chat if some want the messages to be released 15-30 seconds each to avoid going so fast under a regroupment 🤔 while others might feel it look like the game is lagging by the slow flow of the message released in each turn on channel.

 

I agree with this 100% & the push by investors and advertisers to force puritanical culture by withholding their money & investments in adult games/content is very real. However games like PiMD (IMVU/roblox/whatever) where everyone can hide behind an avatar and a username have also always had very real issues with victimization of children. I do wish there were better protections in place for it that didn't include either wiping everything clean of all explicit content or degrading peoples privacy. What can you do?

 

Pleaseeeee, make it so you can mute campus. Seeing that gives me anxiety. 🤣 Also curious how flashes go with that channel not being able to be muted.
