What about a reward system for the loyal players who only can purchase trough the app? Why again only for web store. Those loyal players are talking to a brick wall again trying to be heard.

The web store rewards are a genuine downgrade, if there wasn't a limit on the amount you could purchase from the weekly store it would be better but you overall get less items from the web store rewards, another massive L ATA 😭

TRUST ME I KNOW😭👩‍🦯 I hate hate hate how it seems cheap to those who are In the US but when it comes to Canadians it’s expensive asf… the web store is $30CAD for me but the PIMD store is only $28CAD for me… supposed to be the opposite since Americans say it’s a little cheaper on the web… but it’s actually more expensive😔🙏 hope ata fixes the currency rates or something it’s something I asked them about in their ask ata anything and they answered saying trying to make it more inclusive.. so hopefully

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a nerf?
We totally get why it might feel that way, especially if you were earning a solid number of BFTP Boxes before. The structure of rewards has changed, and there will be fewer items (like BFTP Boxes) available as compared to before However, our goal is to make sure the total overall value available through participation hasn't been reduced. Rather, it has been redistributed into a flexible Token system that allows you to choose what you want rather than relying on fixed tier rewards.

Why reduce BFTP Boxes at all?
Over time, the previous earn rate was putting long-term pressure on the game economy and reducing the impact and perceived value of those rewards.

Rather than quietly lowering drop rates or adjusting box contents, we chose to move to a more transparent system where:

BFTP Boxes are intentionally priced in the Reward Store

Players can prioritize them directly

We can better manage long-term economic balance

This protects the longevity of those rewards and the overall economy.

How long will it take to get a reward I want?
This depends on both the reward and your participation level! The difference now is that your progress carries forward (and we'll be watching closely to ensure the Token to prize ratio feels fair.)

Why are upper tiers harder to reach?
We increased the Web Store Challenge tiers to create more milestones and long-term goals. Previously, some top participants were hitting the ceiling quickly. Extending the track allows us to better support high-engagement players while shifting flexibility into the Token system for everyone else.

Does this favor high spenders over mid-spenders?
The goal is the opposite: to give even more players meaningful agency and accessibility. Previously, if you didn’t reach certain tiers, you simply missed specific rewards. Now, even partial participation lets you accumulate Tokens over time at a pace that works for you. The system is designed so progress is never wasted.

Are the fixed tier rewards like EC, DNs, and Cats gone completely?
No, we aren't getting rid of fixed tier rewards entirely. You will still earn items like ECs, DNs, Cats etc as you progress through the tiers. However, we have redistributed a majority of these prizes into the Reward Point Shop. It's important to note that the BFTP Boxes themselves though, have moved entirely to the Shop, giving you the flexibility to spend your RP Tokens on them only when you want to.

What happens if we don’t like it?
We will be monitoring data and feedback closely. If Token pricing, earn rates, or reward pacing feel off, we’re open to adjustments. Your feedback during the first few cycles will be especially important.

Why not just leave the old system alone?
The previous structure limited our ability to introduce new rewards and was becoming increasingly difficult to balance as the game has grown. This change gives us more tools to support the game's long-term health.

Do my Reward Point Tokens expire, ever?
No. One of the biggest perks of this change is that Tokens do not expire. If you aren’t feeling the current lineup in the Reward Point Shop you can hoard those Tokens like a pro and wait for a future update.

Does this mean rewards are getting more expensive?
Our goal isn’t to make things harder to get; it’s to make them more flexible. While prices in the Reward Point Shop will vary based on the item’s power and rarity, the new system actually makes it easier for more players to access high-tier rewards by saving up over time.

How do I access the Reward Point Shop?
You can find the Reward Point Shop down at the bottom of the marketplace in PIMD. Your Token balance will be clearly displayed so you always know how close you are to your next big grab.

Why did you do this instead of working on things the community has requested?
We hear you around this and we want to be clear: this isn’t an 'either/or' situation. We have different teams focused on different parts of the game. Some of those features we're working on are highly complex and carry a lot of technical risk, so we’re taking the time to get them right rather than rushing them out. We’ll share more on those as soon as they’re ready for prime time. We really appreciate your patience!

Yes they are, however you have a limit of how many you can purchase per week.
