Anybody else has a bug where it’s showing 2 timer boxes? get() is returning 2 instead of 1 so i really can’t claim the timer box, it’s been 2(?) days and my support ticket hasn’t been seen maybe 😭 I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps, just looking to see if it’s just me

On your home screen, click the cog (⚙️) in the upper left and select "Help." There should be a button in there that prompts you to begin a new chat. There is an ongoing bug regarding that task that ATA is working on fixing.
When a club description says 3 drops and you’re kicked, what does that mean? What are drops and is it bad?
Without seeing it my guess would be if you drop for 3 premium parties when its not your turn then you will be kicked from the club. Premium parties are pizza pop art, cat cafe, dog star, and the special event invite parties. These cost ec to buy the item/s needed to start the party
Sorry I completely misread what I saw on the fire n ashes club description!! It says “missed drops? 1st: warning, 2nd: -5 parties, 3rd: kicked”. What does that mean? And sorry im such a noob but drop what exactly? 😅 stats or an item maybe
Its called 'dropping' the item to start the party. So for that if its your turn to drop and you are to late and miss it: > The first time it happens you will just get a warning > If it happens a 2nd time 5 parties will be removed from what you paid for when joining the club > If it happens a 3rd time you will be kicked out of the club This is a standard rule for premium clubs to try limit the amount of people who try to scam clubs for free premium parties

Do your tutors have to be active and always upgrading for you to benefit from them? Or is it only the tutor value that matters? Thanks in advance
Tutor value and the tutor's stats matter, but they don't necessarily have to be active and continuously upgrading as long as they have decent stats to add to your TB when you hire them. In terms of max plunder specifically, only their hire value matters.
Only value matters if you only party. If you are into pvp then their stats also matter. But either way no they dont need to be active
Support. But I will say, if you go to the ATA website you can see the job postings they have. I also kind of remember back in the olden days of yore, people would post art on forums and the devs would use that as inspiration for avis and other event stuff. I am still convinced the paper stick man stuff was because of my Mr. Stickman post during one of the art contests, but that’s probably just me trying to think I’ve had any impact for a company whose games I’ve spent 15+ years playing… Either way. Check ATAs website and post some stuff in forums on what you’d like to see. Maybe they reach out!
