You should be able to send a gift using the gift function on the left hand side of a players profile. Granted it’s been awhile since I was a new account, what are your trying to gift when it asks you to sign up?
You need to contact a game dev/admin to do so. You can do this by selecting the cog button (⚙️) in the upper left on your home screen, then choosing "Help." There will be an option to send a ticket. I recommend being polite to them and not being as rude as you are currently, as being rude to customer service reps will never help you out.
