  5. This should likely answer part of your question, but please check the the other FAQ's too!

    I reached [insert Town Hall level here] ā€“ why arenā€™t my rewards in my PIMD account yet?!
    First, make sure your Heckfire and PIMD accounts are connected with the same ATA ID. Thatā€™s how weā€™ll know which PIMD account to give rewards to!

    Second, we will be distributing rewards on a daily basis. Our system will search for eligible progress and rewards at 11 a.m. PST and send rewards then!

    Note: Our system needs time to scan across all accounts so that process will begin roughly at 8-9 a.m. PST. Rewards will be based on your progress at that point.

    If you reached a new reward tier during that window, please wait for the next day!:)

  11. Someone who only plays HF probably has the username that you use for PIMD šŸ«¶šŸ¼ just pick a new one, thatā€™s what I did since my PIMD ign was taken already in HF

  12. My town hall is level 14 n to get it to 24 seems crazy for a 1 month time period to try to get the avi.. definitely not giving us enough time. Some of us work n canā€™t play games all day. Some of us also have bills to pay n not money to spend on stupid games like this.

  16. apparently they send out rewards once a day at 11am PST (1hr before CO)
    but also scan for townhall lvl from 8-9am PST so if you reach a lvl in between these time youā€™ll have to wait for the next rewards roundšŸ„²šŸ„²

  18. I've done the crossover in the past, but somehow I'm unable to login into the heckfire, says wrong username/PW. Don't want to start from the bottom šŸ„²
