I picked all the recommended choices from the very beginning, but I didn’t I can’t get the true ending because I don’t have enough of the jewels. How come I can’t get the true ending? Is there a way to see how man jewels I have?
Including the recommended choice in the cash pathway? If yes, then I'm not sure what went wrong. And no, as has been stated before in this thread, there is no way to view how many of the jewels you have.

Yes. ATA stated that you're pretty much guaranteed to get the true ending on your restart, as long as at some point you picked the recommended options!
