It's on the previous page of this thread. Yes. The recommended ones are the ones that allow you to select the True Ending. If you don't pick them, you won't be able to unlock it.
Is there any updates on what “an ending” instead of the true ending gives since I don’t think I’ll be able to finish with a restart
