Rehydration

  1. How do you rehydrate yourself after treating your body like crap?

    Mainly looking for tips. Ty

  3. A good smoothie with lots of nutrition, and sparkling water.
     
  4. As in alcohol? Water is good but water+salt and electrolytes is better. Salty soups and Gatorades are allegedly really great. I don't eat soup or drink Gatorade so I'll usually just eat tons of fatty/salty food and then drink as much water as possible

  6. Just overall. I don’t really drink. Just feel really dehydrated recently.
