A replica Scissor Blade from Kill La Kill. Good thing I worked on my cosplay today. Since it's metal it will at least hurt just gotta sharpen that baby up.

Basically for those that don't know the Scissor Blade looks like this

Quite basically two blades put together to look like scissors hence the name Scissor Blade. They can be detached to dual wield each blade separately or just using one or the other.
