I'd just like to add to the thread on a serious note that I support what you are doing and understand that is a very rewarding job, I have a two friends who do the same/similar jobs which you will be doing, I've lost contact with them a little now but they always said that they loved their job. I went with them to the orchestra in a city near me as I was at hand and they needed an extra adult and it was just amazing seeming the children's faces.
