I'll say try to stick to the work outs that you usually do. If you are on your school team they will have you workout already. Athletics is a huge dedication... anyway you have the right idea. Staying in shape in college is important, and for few people hard to find time to work out... BUT ... yeah.
I have a list of workouts, if you want. It's for volleyball though so it might not be great for football. A lot of the exercises work on muscles you don't exactly need for football… well I guess unless you're jumping to catch a football of something.
Well, I usually work out 5-6 days a week for usually 90 minutes and always do some form of interval cardiovascular endurance exercises for 20 minutes, as interval exercises increase the amount of fat you burn
I'm not necessarily saying football workouts. We have a trainer, but I football it's all explosive workouts not getting cut workouts
