Trading Bows and Notes, for Puffs. WMO.

 

In regards to the avatars from bows, notes and puffs; do you only need 6 activator or do you need 12?

For example, if I have 1200 bows, will buying 1 activator unlock the VIP automatically or do I need to buy one each for the basic and VIP?
