  3. Ok sorry kefo:-[ walks out of forums

  4. Mine came out easy?

  5. Good for u :) :) :) :)

  6. I have 2 wisdom lower teeth, one alr been removed by my papa's friend, an oral surgeon. Its not painful cos hes very good at anesthesia and the od (odontectomy) was only 10mins (from injection til gum sewing).
Actually my papa can do od for my teeth since hes Orthodontist and does many brackets&tooth implants but he said 'dentist never handles his family members'.

I got od 2y ago cos the teeth gave me massive headache. Yet papa urged me to wait til im 17yo first so the od could be done safely cos at age of 17yo your teeth&its root alr grown up fully. I still have 1 wisdom tooth, i'll remove it when i have time to go to my country in next holiday season. Currently im studying abroad :)

Itsnt bcs i dont trust western dentist here, its just bcs i have trusted my papa's co-dentist.

  7. You're well connected. I would ask you to give me se tips and maybe look for discounts. However I don't like the way you make it seem like people OD often when they deal with your friend...

  8. ↑ hey sorry i dont understand your English.
Fyi OD is odontectomy or impacted wisdom tooth surgery. Papa is my dad, hes an Orthodontist (dentist who specialized in wire, brackets and implants).
i often went to dental clinic since i was a child to introduce dentistry world to us, cos papa wants us ,his children, to be dentist in future as he is, and yes now im taking dentistry in uni as his wish? The oral surgeon who operated me is his friend. Ok go to Aomori first and meet them for discount lol. Well, sorry for my bad english♡(o´Д`)=з

  9. That's a pretty sweet set up.

  10. I have had all 4 and all 4 removed. There wasn't enough room in my mouth for them and was causing my other teeth to turn.

  11. Is it sad that I personally haven't had any dental related problems, but am VERY much enjoying all your responses?
Studying to be a dentist has ruined me ?

  12. I'm supposed to get mine removed Tuesday DX

  13. Oh. Push forward Farisa. Dental health problems can be detrimental. Dentists can drastically influence the lives of people for the better.

  14. I never had wisdom teeth, because I was born with a small jaw. Had TMJ growing up which requires surgery around the age of 24. Luckily grew out of it. :)

  15. Very true, many people don't realize that your dental health has many connections to your overall health as well! Cardiovascular issues, Respitory issues, and etc are some examples.

  16. ↑ ↑ future dentist. ILY lol. I have all my wisdom teeth. No pain. Lucky me. Had me teething like a baby tho

  17. You can have more than 4. It deps on the person and growth. Me and my sis has lost our sets of baby teeth 3x. We used to get $1 every tooth. when daddy noticed us trying to rip our teeth out, he said no more. Bcuz it wasn't norm to grow that many teeth back.

I have had the bottom left teeth come in. One on each side. It hurt like hell tbh. I couldn't open my mouth right to even eat off a spoon w.o. sharp pain throu my jaw. I still have mine tho. Pain meds helped me most of the time.

  18. I had all 4 of mine removed when I was 18. Everything went fine, except it was my first experience with general anesthesia. I started "crashing" (almost went into cardiac arrest). I just remember waking up for a few seconds, not able to breathe, and feeling awful pain like my heart was going to explode.

But that's really rare. It's not a big deal to get them out, you eat soft foods for a few days, but anesthesia makes most people sick to their stomach, so you don't even miss eating. And you get good pain killers and have to clean the wounds with some salt water for a while. Do not drink through straws, it will burst the blood clot. Watch some fun movies, sleep a lot, enjoy not having to go to work or school. You will probably drool a lot on your pillow for a few days too.

  19. Oh yeah, I had to have the surgery because all of mine were sideways like that one of yours.

  20. Not really painful, I got all 4 removed at once, I mean I thought I died, was so much blood, but take pain meds and you'll be alright
