If boxes are dropping incorrectly and people feel like they weren't compensated correctly, they may not buy more EC to buy more keys to open more boxes. Thus ATA will lose out on profit. While we disagree on whether or not they care about the players themselves, I think we can all agree that ATA (and any other company) cares about profit.
