Okay, so the move here should be Leave that dormmate alone until you no longer need them. If they're providing a better bonus until T7 or T8, that's fine, you don't have to change them. Just upgrade the others.
Well, there's 92 dorms and dormmates up to, what, t12 or t13 now? So they'll have a long time to leave that dormmate alone before needing to really worry about replacing it. And if you replace it with one of the highest tier dormmates then you shouldn't be losing stats.
If I ignorethenm, then I'll be spending more time saving for opening dorms, Plus whatever dormmates cost... obviously any dormmates would do for newly opened dorms... but dorms are just as expensive as the dormmates if not more expensive than the dormmates. With the dorms getting more expensive per dorm leaves me little to no room on picking which route to take.... it isn’t just as simple as "Save up some money" my next dorm to be opened cost 15b,.... I don't have 15b, and It'll be a while before I even be able to get that much... Clearly waiting on 300b is huge set back as well
Luckily now there are many rich players here, its easier to sell your bento for DVP or TS, i saw someone selling 1 T dvp for only 4 bentos. That's cheap... and was easier than hitting b2b ec parties with your current stats...

This is really a non issue. You should be making the right amount of money to bump them to t8 easily if you are indeed buffed as you claim to be.
Leave that t2 or t3 dormmate alone for now. Go get 30b in tutors so you get max plunder and make more money, then you will be making good enough money to upgrade later on. Funny you know what t2 and plunder means, so probably an alt, and a pissy one at that. Why you mad about a buffed dormmate? That's a good thing; they're helping you earn good money without having costed a lot of money.
