A noob chef called this a deconstructed stuffed cabbage casserole (≧∇≦)pfffffft if it has cabbage it is a salad (。・ω・。)┌
My go-to Chicken Caesar salad: Chop up a head of washed romaine lettuce. Toss lettuce with fresh lemon juice (the acid keeps the lettuce crisp, fun fact) sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Toss in some Cardini's Original Caesar dressing (Cardini's is just the best one ok? The Olive Garden dressing second, but not even close to Cardini's). Put in serving bowl. Top with sliced grilled chicken, freshly grated parmesan cheese (don't grate your fingers, it hurts) and Texas toast croutons. If you want to be extra fancy, you can zest some lemon peel too, but just a bit, don't overdo it. Lemon works so well with Caesar and chicken though, just yum. Some sliced black olives, tomato, bell peppers and/or cucumber are also good if you have them. ? Nom nom. Or save the chicken, and it's a nice side salad to say some linguine alfredo. You know, with some garlic bread and a glass of white wine. Hell, while you're at it, light some candles too. Tah-dah ?

I don't necessarily have a "favorite", but I did just pick up a Caesar salad not too long ago. Yummy!
I had this salad in a restaurant recently and I was impressed. Some of the Ingredients that I could make out: Avocado, toasted honey glazed and sesame cashew nuts, feta cheese, rocket, red beet, cranberry, grapes, pomegranate, celery, tomatoes with olive oil plus seasoning, topped with a slice of toasted bread.
