I agree with Quinny.... You should always proof before you post. Plus the story is getting a little cliche and unoriginal.... It's criticism.... From author to author. If you cannot take it then I suggest you leave. The same applies to the one's who are degrading Quinny's opinion it's just criticism to help them become better writers....
Criticism I can take but Qinny has posted on a few others bad criticism simply because he was confused, but everyone else was not. Criticism is normally accepted when it is for good reasons not simply because they don't understand.
And giving criticism is supposed to be to help the writer not to insult them, everyone makes mistakes there was only a few so there was no need to start acting like she's some child writing, and if you thin it's cliche that's your opinion and no one is forcing you to read it. I for one enjoy it.
.-. i agree with kitty.... Qinny took her criticism to far... Telling her that if english isnt her first language then she shouldnt write.... Thats just plain rude ._.
.-. and for one qinny should keep her harsh remarks to herself.... She basically called the writer an uneducated child about grammer and that she shouldnt write in english if it's not her first language... Qinny needs to learn how to write good criticism and not insults ._.
And btw English isn't my first language so I think I'm doing pretty well but that's just my opinion
Update So I'm like so in the mood to like update Macy's Pov: I looked at Virginia giggling. "Haha what?" She smirked "oh nothing!" I looked up as Alex walked back in. I avoided his eyes and looked at my paper. "Macy look its your boyfriend," I glared at Virginia. "Haha very funny, just shut up!" I rolled my eyes. "Why Macy is it a bad thing if I'm your boyfriend?" Alex smiled. I turned facing him "well considering your a baseball player and a jerk, yea must mean I have no taste," I smirked turning back around. "Burrrrnnnnn," Virginia giggled. "Oh okay someone's feisty!" He laughed. "I dig that." I blushed not looking back at him "snob!" "Ha I'm not a snob and I can prove it to you, how about dinner Friday my place and I'm cooking?" I turned to face him to see if he was serious. Turns out he was. "Um I can't have have plans," I got up just as the Brel rang. "Bye bye!" I rushed out the door and into the hallways. She blew Alex off?! What?!
Update Macy's Pov: Oh god he asked me out.... I freaked and ran out into the hallway getting to my next class. I wouldn't have blown him off, but I had to we weren't compatible. He was a baseball star and I played soccer. "Macy! Wait!MACY!" I heard Virginia and looked at her. "What?" "You blew Alex off?! Your crazy! He's your crush what the hell are you insane?!" She tried to catch her breath. "You don't get it! He's a baseball player and I play soccer we don't hang out with the same people. We're different in so many ways! I know it wouldn't last so I'm not letting it start!" I kept walking. "I gotta get to class." It was the sad truth I sat in third period terrified to see Alex. I didn't wanna go to next period knowing I would have to see him. I thought of playing sick and going home, but I knew I shouldn't run from my problems. Poor macy
