I agree that I have seen what I would consider some good advice from you, so fair enough. Maybe you have too much good advice and are overwhelmed with all the ideas. I would try using one of your own quotes and implementing that one for 21 days. Then, add another one for 21 days, and so on. I used to write little motivational things for myself on post it notes, and put the post it notes on the mirror, or my cell phone, at night so I would see them every morning before I left for work, and it helped me for a while to get things accomplished.
