No I meant irresponsibly too. My first time was the first week of summer after 4th grade. Me and one of my friends went to a party with these 6th graders(who would be going into 7th grade) and they peer pressured us into drinking. They said "you aren't in elementary school anymore, time to grow up and get wasted" and gave us a beer. I ended up drinking 5 beers that night and remembered throwing up.
Only insecure wannabe scumbags fall into peer pressure. Like I'm going to kill my liver and let my lungs fall off just cause I want to be seen as a "cool kid". Get the fuck outta here. Those "cool kids" will die 20 years before you do.
@imhersoulmate it sounds like you're a bit jealous that you were never invited to a party where there were alcohol/drugs involved
It's not about being insecure. Some kids just get caught up in the wrong crowds. I myself didn't I was in jrotc and working on going into the military, that's what I was focused on during highschool, not sex, drugs, alcohol, or smoking.
LOL! I've been invited plenty times, I've been around friends drinking, I had friends who drank WHILE in school. Now tell me how participating in such actions will make my life anyways more fun than it already is? I don't need a drink to have a good time, unlike others.
No I don't feel that I missed out at all. I actually am alot better off than those people who started drinking, having sex, smoking, and doing drugs at my school. They are young single mothers their kids are receiving second hand smoke from them( may I remind you that second hand smoke is more deadlier than them smoking themselves) and majority of them do not have college degrees like I do, plus I guarantee half of them still live with their parents.
I was around weed all the time, or whatever other drugs, my friends smoked some koosh before and after gym. I don't need to follow them just to gain social approval.
So if I missed out so be it, but in my opinion I'm a hell of a lot better off. I have jrotc and my parents to thank for teaching me to stay away from that crap. May I remind you also that I've never been in trouble with the law and I'm 25.
@abused how did sex get brought up? We were talking about alcohol and drugs. And you talk like getting pregnant is bad. You know you can just get an abortion? That's what my girlfriend did
Because sex, drugs, alcohol, and smoking is so called what all the teenagers are involved on these days. Your girlfriend choosing to get an abortion was her choice, but is rather not have to be at a young age and be forced to either make that decision or giving it up for adoption. When I have children I want to make sure that I can take care of them to the best of my ability. Sex isn't just for fun there are consequences for it.
Sweetie that's your opinion, your a guy. Ask your girlfriend in a few years when you grow up if she regrets the decision of getting an abortion because she got pregnant. There are consequences they just don't hit you right away.
