What's a BB CODE? and how do I do it?

Oops  I figured it would be okay since it was my username and all 

 

I think it's fine if you don't do it anymore, once a bunch of people (including me) were doing all our posts like that, and we all got forum banned. Impersonating and such. It's best not to do anything that will mislead or confuse forumers.?
