    It is what it says. "Item Title"

    Jks. It's like the template for an item's description. You can only see it if a minor bug occurs.

    I encountered that one time when I tabbed out of pimd, then tabbed back in while viewing my showcase or a specific item in it. Idrk. Wasn't paying enough attention.
