Omg totally agree I tried to quit 2 days ago and deleted my apps thought it would be easier this time to sneak off instead of telling ppl and it still didn't help  damn game should have a warning label on it

You don't "try", it happens naturally. Get involved in rl, or other videogames, and you'll gradually leave.
