The reason I said under 15 is because puberty has barely started and the feelings are brand new, and you don't fully know how to release those feelings.

And you also as a child or preteen or teen don't know what you need, let alone what you want in a relationship. You need time and growth to figure that out.

And what is the point of having one at such a young age? He or she can't take you out or have fun without the parents. And you probably just see each other at school.
