It is a track, anything which is raced around is called a track and the result would be the same on Silverstone
Apparently we are in the presence of the car guru. Whether you deem it as a track or not it is still a race in a continuous loop. Both cars were timed and yours lost.
Mm. I would say the nurburgring has alot more significance of a cars ability than a top gear test "track" Nurburg is know as one of the most dangerous tracks in the world. And a true test of a cars ability. 20km circuit compared to 1? I know which results I base on. The veyron isn't a car I would buy, or enjoy driving. But a caterham is absolutely no match. I would much rather drive a locally built Australian rear wheel drive car, with plenty of power to do whatever I choose, but also have the ability to seat 5 adults comfortably over a 1000km journey and carry all the luggage necessary. That sir. A caterham CANNOT do
Not to mention caterhams are "track day specials" Could you actually imagine drive a low slung track car to work every day? Across all the bumps and divots in normal roads? Yet. The veyron on the other hand. Is comfortable. And will happy do 40km an hour through a school zone with your child in the passenger seat. Now hush. You know nothing.
Actually the most dangerous track in the world is the Isle of Man TT circuit, and I wouldn't buy a Caterham either, I was supporting the idea that a Veyron is slow around a track without a massive straight on it, and why go Australian when you can go English and buy a Jaguar XJ?
I wasn't talking about practicality either, you are the one who knows nothing, stop changing the subject of the argument because you know you're wrong
Iexx. The camaro is built on the "zeta" platform. Officially designed by Holden. Which is a subsidiary of GM. Technically designed for Australia. But the platform is that good. Is built here and exported throughout the world. Your new "camaro" is technically the same car/platform As the Pontiac "g8" or the vauxhall vxr8 as it is also known in the uk. Here. It is a humble family commodore
An xj? Jags are no longer English. . Didn't ford own Jag, and when they went bankrupt they sold them to TaTa?
Turtle, you rants about the uselessness of others cars are pointless and are beginning to bother me. I couldn't give two flying shits about your Australian cars and how the one I am saving to buy is a mediocre car where you live. Take your pointless car babble and store it where the sun doesn't shine. You can have your knowledge. You can have your Australian car supremacy. I don't care. I said nothing more than my love for Camaros. You pointlessly bashed them. You say the length of a track makes it the better test of performance. You would be saying the Top Gear track was better if it favored you. You are basing your assumptions upon personal bias. Pleas now, shut the fuck up. Thank you.
Brilliant, anyway, enough of Australians thinking that their cars are superior, everyone knows a European car will blitz a Aussie car and an American classic muscle car like a Challenger or a old Camaro SS is better
