  9. No it's a technical creepypasta. The Creepypasta is a foundation called the SCP foundation. SCP standing for Secure, contain, protect. In the SCP world there are Safe, Euclid and Keter. Each pertaining to it's likeliness to kill you and how much you can contain it. The SCP foundation basically contains things im society that are either harmful or have weird affects. This is one of those SCPs.
