Anyhow it’s not like complaining will change shít God knows how we as a community have complained about things that should change, shouldn’t change or even be added and the Developers just hit us With a Nope, but Hey We got a fresh new spankin ass hunt coming up this next week  Developers should Mix it up more Jesus Do some more team hunts or Shiz Get creative Whatever happened to ATA Creative..... oh wait.... I probably shouldn’t point fingers At Any particular staff member but she knows who she is
Just because you don’t know someone doesn’t mean they won’t make a good moderator. I’ve been around for a while, have gone through many changes with the game all the way back to the very first party. I hope that I will be able to contribute to the community in a positive way and I also hope people who are critical will give me and the other new moderators a chance. I’m always willing to get to know new members of the community, all it takes is a hello. ?
I just wanna say thanks to all the congratulations and for those who giving me a fair chance as a new mod...and to those who don't, I'm just sorry I don't live up to your expectations All love, I dunno
 Since when did I say just because you’re unknown doesn’t mean you wouldn’t make a good moderator 99.9% of you asshats aren’t understanding the point I’m making here. But yea keep at it please
Wasn't really apologising though, the emoticon should give away my sarcasm here with the last part B)
So as I look through forums, I realize some of you guys may have applied for a mod position. I just wanted to say that even though my post count is low, I still enjoy the years I've spent on this game. Years =/= knowledge, it correlates to experience. Anyone can research events and announcements made from years ago and spot things that even some of the most elite don't know. People that bash on new mods that haven't been here for a long time like the other new mods or the older mods, aren't comprehending that the ToU is not something difficult to get a hang of, as long as you put in some time to research it. At the end of the day a moderator's job is quite simple, help the community. RevolutionaryWolf said something that is very true and us new mods quickly learned on our first day. He said, "The first thing I tell people when they say they want to be a moderator, is that they can expect to get a lot of hate for it." If you are one of those people that have applied, I believe a long time ago, one of the apes talked about how they will research your history and how you interact with the community to see if you'd be a viable person to be put in charge of moderating the community. When new mods are released, and people go and say stuff like "Why didn't I make it?", "These mods are nobodies", "Now I can go back to being my usual self", you speak volume to ATA about why you most likely wouldn't be a good candidate in future positions. Mods should be able to stay cool under duress, and not lash out at the community if something doesn't go their way. I tend to be a very open-minded person that can speak to someone that dislikes me, and try to get to the root of the problem with them. For example I know that some very good people applied like Krazy, who although I haven't spoken to much, I can respect him. Before someone says "Krazy put his opinions about mods, so why are you using him as an example?", Krazy put his honest opinions, and still made those opinions not be defamatory towards the new mods, like myself. I told myself I wasn't going to write a long post on this thread and seem like I'm bragging about becoming a mod, but I just wanted to say that even if our post count is low, and you may have had a problem with one of us in the past, I'm looking forward to getting to work and meet all of you to work on some cool projects in the future. So if you want to be a mod, help yourself, try to be a positive influence just for the sole purpose of helping the community with no ulterior motives. If you consider people that aren't mods to be ordinary players, then just remember that you can't be extraordinary without being ordinary. I believe Muschi applied for mod and didn't get it, but she still made an amazing thread about Honour Students, Mods, and Devs, and it got stickied by ATA and moves to guides. At the end of day, ATA takes note of people that follow their driving force, "We build communities." Saw this on an article about ATA's office:
