Search function is a fun tool. You'll see I've been in forums for as long as I've been playing the game regularly. :smile: Pm's, cc, tc, gc, campus, forums, they're all great ways to communicate with the PIMD community. I guess before our green names we never stood out much... but at least now you're sure to spot us. :wink:

I think Ulquiorra is deserving. Just saying. Just cause you don't see them post often in forums doesn't mean they aint watching. Plus mods barely came to forums before, so better to have a said "lurker" than nothing at all? Anyways...
Might as well not even stand out to the community then if you don’t plan to participate in the community or is that just my own assumption, I’ll give it to Ulq I’ve seen her post a few here and there but again Very little Investing in Being Community active
I mean, it's great to have those who are heavily active in the community to become mods but just cause they may not live up to what you consider that to be, doesn't mean they don't fit the bill.
Yea yea whatever Rose :roll: I mean what’s the purpose of Being a Moderator if you don’t stand out and how the hell are you supposed to stand out if you spend 99.9% of the bloody time Lurking oh let’s not forget the majority of the mods are unknown by a large majority of players, Why? Because they almost always be lurking or hanging out in the Club chat or Talking it up with their friends, I understand moderators Are players as well and do not Get paid to do what they do some of them get verbally abused but just because you don’t want the drama doesn’t mean you can sit back collect your 5,000 Speakers and just not use them they’re given to you for a reason and that reason is so they you Can be active in the Community Chat
I actually agree with this. However, I will say that some of those who were chosen are active in the community and perhaps you just haven't had the pleasure of witnessing it.
@8YearDropout: We are still able to engage with the community and provide help through unmoderated channels. Which is a key point. @Wednesday: Not when I had to go through the same process as everyone else. If I didn't have the right answers, I wouldn't have been selected. I near didn't apply because I knew people would make assumptions if I made it, but my peers encouraged me. For that, I'm grateful. :smile:
