The idea of the ķkķ being promoted on a reservation and nobody rly caring is complete nonsense, though. Indigenous ppl might not be their main target but it's not like the ķkķ is friendly towards us.
^ Agreed. When my siblings and I lived with my gramma, we grew up on a reservation and the people were incredibly vocal about their denunciations of racism and racists. People who have a long history of racism and discrimination oppressing them don't tend to be quiet and roll over to it anymore.
They aren't friendly to anyone who's not a white American. ? White American women barely make the cut with them... At least from the minimal interaction I've had with some members, who, to be fair, were probably extremist. I just can't imagine that this went over well at all... Either a troll post, or OP was just too young to notice/remember anything being said/done about it at the time.
