Like I said, 36 D's at 5'1, 110lbs, you could see all of my bones. It was in no way an attractive skinny. My boobs looked good, and so did my ass, but that was it.
I'm 5"7. 1 meter and sixty cm. I weigh about forty kilograms. ._. Bra size is private. >_> Because I'm heavy for my height. I was sixty kilograns when I was nine, and started eating less. ._. I stopped eating junkfood and dribking coke, and started drinking fresh juiced apple juice and potato salad, and pasta salad. ._. So... Eat more healthy food and excercise more. I walk to the supermarket and any place that aint too far when I need to. ._. Try swimming as a sport. Eat salad and more veggie and fruit. ._.
Eek, Chloe I'm drunk do I can't even convert any of that right now. . Stupid US and our fucked up way of measurement. But hun, you are only 11, you grow into your "adult" body. When I was 12 all of my doctors(general practioner, neurologist, and cardiologist) all said I was overweight. By the time I was 15 they said I was underweight.
Michelle I'm not saying you are wrong, but the truth differs to your opinion If you had great T and A then demonstrate
Damn, that picture didn't shrink. But my chest was 36D, slumping Down to where my hands and arms were held.
Dieting? :/ Dude. I eat Special K cereal or whatever that cereal was called for two weeks. ._. My dieting doesn't count? I'm 11 and is going through my "child spurt" ._. So yeah. I'm not really a kid anymore. I tend to gain weight about everytime I eat something with high calories. So now does that count? PS. Michelle, I'm still trying to lose weight. ._. my legs. ><
Chloe, like I said hun, you're 11. You're still growing into your adult body. There is no sense in dieting, you're so young! You need to grow into your adult body. Puberty can hit so fast, that it's almost like you see changes overnight.
Doesn't dieting mess with your um um what that word. I know it just let me think. It's at the tip of my tongue. The thing beaks down the food. Dam it! I don't remember! Maybe I should go to bed...
Lol, idk what exactly you're referring to, but improper dieting messes with a lot of things. Proper dieting requires you to intake a certain amount of calories based on your ideal weight, intake of the proper food groups, and I can't remeber what else. You are to lose less than 5lbs per week, any more than that is too much for your body to handle. Dieting also requires exercise. They go hand in hand. If you rely on cutting calories alone that is extremely unhealthy, and you can gain back even more weight than you started with because your body is trying to compensate.
Yeah. I keep balance of my eating. I eat food with a not-so-high-not-so-low- amount of calories thrice bi-weekly. Then I eat food with low calories and do more excercising thrice bi-weekly as well. On that one/two day, I eat all the junkfood I want. ._. No, I don't have eating disorders. Yes, I have a small stomach. ._. Can't digest too much. ;n;
You eat Special K and you're 40kg Golddigga - no it just means you're too young to know the difference between marketing and dieting. Protein is the base for all diets Add in an energy substrate dependant on your somatype Add in a mechanism for leptin cycling Sodium and mineral control Nutrient partitioning Thermogenics A dash of consistency And bake until hotness appears
My name's Goldia. :/ I'm tall. I repeat. :/. Is that abnormal where you live? Oh, sorry, it's not abnormal here.
