"It's okay, just calm down, don't focus on the pain." Maeve says quietly before kissing his forehead.

 

Avalon sighs as Maeve catches Chase and puts him on his bed.

 

Maeve shrugs "wait until he wakes if you want to speak to him."

 

Maeve sighs, sitting beside Chase, playing with his hair.

 

Avalon chuckles quietly "he's like you a lot. That's probably why you clash easily."

 

"You two are, not maybe." Avalon responds.

 

"You're just helping her point." Maeve says looking up at Cale.

 

"You just are." Maeve says.

 

Avalon nudged Cale.

 

"Be nice." Avalon replues chuckling quietly.
