  15. Maeve started panicking, laying beside Chase "hey, look at me." She says quietly cupping his cheek.

    Avalon sighs "he'll be fine with her." She glances away "read my mind if you don't trust me. You had Mira drag her away from him after he told her to stay safe. How fair do you think that is on her?" She asks, looking back at him, raising one of his hands to her temple.
