You don't get speakers when you ug your dorms. You get them every 24 hours. You're just able to get more when you have bigger dorms.

There is more info on what can get you silenced in ToU. It's violating ToU that will get you silenced. If you know ToU and don't go against it, you won't be silenced. It's not just spamming that can get you silenced. The most common one I've seen is asking for 3rd party apps. Asking for 3rd party apps seems to be one of the biggest causes for silences along side spamming and bypassing.
