Are you for real? Disgusting as hell to adress to your community that way, thats one way to get a good cut on the game income with comments like that. Lets be honest the avis hey props to your design team they look wonderful the dorm same thing just straight beautiful. Now the cost demanding? Biggest cash grab move ive ever seen so you make us have to collect all of the avis regardless if we like them just to unlock a story quest that drops the dorm that we have no info about drop rates etc? Sigh honestly you land half of it right then you just completely do a dumb move on the other half, besides acting with an atitude against your community. Congrats your doing a terrible job!

I work in retail and I get a lot of mean comments, particularly for things out of my control (like prices and product availability) and sometimes for things not even related to my job like 'having an annoying voice,' and unfortunately I need to just smile and take it. It would feel amazing to give a snarky comment to a customer acting like I'm subhuman because I work a customer-facing job, and I do think some of the comments that devs get go a little too far or are a little unwarranted because I can see myself as the person facing those words (and I often have been). However I absolutely want to underline that @iZelda's replies were totally not just 'mean comments' and I'm disappointed those were what popped out to Marcie as such despite the fact that I could easily find way, way worse comments made to the dev team and ones that don't include any actual feedback. There are a few occasions where I might be supportive of some unprofessional snark and this occasion was far from it.
After this one.. Just have the day you deserve 🙂↔️ You should be ashamed. Couldn’t even type out an “I’m sorry”.
They really don't care. Anyone in pimd knows where the people are. Even mods knows where to post to get feedback and do some mini events like the Snuggon attack event. ITS IN PUB so why are they posing in campus??? To go through the motions of asking feedback. There's literally almost no one in campus.

I'm kinda tired of lite boxes in general, I'm sure smaller players appreciate it but I think it's time for ATA to find a new type of 'oops!' compensation. But that compensation works for situations like an accidental bug or something, not... this.
