  3. because they want ppl to join for warring and not only for pizzacats. That can actually decrease no. of inactives for the time being.

  4. For losers, they're lower to discourage inactives getting a free ride, the thinking being whichever side is more active should win.
    Winners, it's not as much as the Easter Hunt because, well, we weren't really planning on doing Beta Wars at all for this hunt, but you guys wanted them bad, so we obliged.
    The number should make it fun and worth it without destroying drop rates.
