To sum up, some high stats players feel that noobs aren't dedicated enough so they don't shit for noobs.

You can arrange one yourself, just figure out how will you get all the noobs. 

 

It's not like it's hard to arrange a war. People can arrange one themselves regardless of stats. It's not like bigger people need to arrange a small war for them when they're perfectly capable of doing so themselves.

 

Well, I meant as in "making an idea for noob wars" because this game revolves around conceited players. (Don't even deny it)

Well, yes, they can do it by themselves. Considering they are still new, they need some creative ideas. 
