  4. Rs stats aren't included in the mcs requirement or limit simply because that would complicate things too much.

  10. You have a week to schedule your war with the opponent. If you can't come up with a date then yes. But try and figure something out.

  17. They have different tiers if you look through the forum posts. Look for Tier 2 (close to the bottom of active topics)
