  4. I don't see where you said it was because she requested a stat req exception, until after I mentioned experience though. Was I supposed to assume you meant that instead, of over experience, even though assumptions allegedly make me an ass? People can only infer things based on prior experience and current context. Both of those led me to believe it was based on experience and stats.
