  10. Ye. They change the name to PDT during daylight savings time

  11. Yeah. PDT is Pacific Daylight Time and PST is Pacific Standard Time. Both cover the same region, except the former is for when it's daylight savings time (which it is).

    2PM PDT is two hours after changeover, and changeover is at 12PM PDT.
