Well it sounds like bland potato -just like any other club-

Why would anyone join your club especially when the only unique feature you want for it is for it to be more exclusive than it can afford to be?

Well, people did ask you to elaborate and be more clear on what you were getting across. Maybe what you thought was obvious wasn't quite so obvious. And your reader(s) shouldn't always have to jump through hoops (ergo, "read between the lines") to understand you. Berating the reader(s) doesn't help either...

 

Really if you wanna open a club, just do it. You’ll rise or fall but live and learn..shouldn’t matter if others see a forum thread first, good managing/active members is all you’ll need.
