I agree that Zachary would make a great counterpart to my regime but I would like to know how he plans to abuse his mod powers much like what I've already spelled out.

Moving forward all mods, current and potential, should present their business plan on how they will deviate from the tou and impose their biases and quirks. This will create a more harmonious chaos in pimd. In addition it will eliminate all the whining and sniveling threads created by those confused by their silence.
